This Privacy notice applies to Lana Dowling Photography, trading as “lanadowling.com”, “LD Photography” (“I”, “me”, "we"). LD Photography is committed to protecting your personal data and this privacy notice states how LD Photography collects your personal data. Lana Dowling Photography, an auto-entrepreneur is registered and operating under the laws of the French Republic, SIREN N803.965.326. LD Photography is the “data controller” or “controller” in relation to any personal data provided to me via email, phone or via website. This means I am responsible for deciding what type of personal data is required and how I will hold and use it.
LD Photography is providing wedding and commercial photography services in Nouvelle Aquitaine.

I ensure that your PII is used lawfully, fairly and in a transparent way; collected only for valid purposes – to respond to your enquiries, to arrange a photo session time, to deliver your images on time and keep you updated about your order; limited only to those purposes; accurate and kept updated; kept only for a period of one year; kept in secure.

The main reason I use your information is to deal with your enquiries and requests about LD Photography services. When you use my website, I collect:
